EVENT POLICY and VENDOR REFERRALS

We strive to create an experience that reveals your inner beauty, revives your hair desires, renews your presence and reclaims your essence…together we can make it possible

Contracts

This is to ensure that no detail will be overlooked. There is no guarantee of availability due to the high volume of inquires, and dates can only be held with a signed contract and a 50% deposit of the total days agreed offerings.

Deposit’s are refundable within one month of the signed contract date. After one month, offerings may be added, but any service cancelled is non-refundable.

‘Day of’ schedule

This is carefully thought out to include all hair and make-up offerings (from your chosen freelance artist )as well as photo start times, etc. I go to great lengths to ensure your day will start with a well organized timeline so that the atmosphere is relaxed during your preparation. I coordinate my schedule with all of your vendors and event planners as well.

Minimum for ‘Day of’ services

There is a 3 person minimum for all events on Long Island, and a 5 person minimum for events in Manhattan, Montauk & beyond locations.

On Site, One Location Add-on Packages

These packages are in addition to your current contract. Advance payment is required with purchase of a package. GRAND ENTRANCE and LET YOUR HAIR DOWN packages cannot be canceled or refunded. Packages are only valid for on site venues (one location for photos, ceremony and reception).

Shoots (on and off site)

  • Complete the contact form on this site to inquire about contracting for a shoot .
  • 50 % Deposit on the total day’s services along with a signed contract is required to hold any date. Cancellation must be made within one month of the signed contract date for a refund. If the shoot is within the month and a contract is signed within that month no refunds will be given for a cancellation.
  • Bobbipins N.Y. reserves the right to use photo’s in all advertising with permissions in  signed contract

Accepted forms of payment

Cash

Additional fee’s for travel hotel may apply and are the  responsibility of the guest to be reserved and paid in full prior to the event day .
