Previously Reserved Appointments
We respectfully reserve the right to reschedule reservations ( primarily on Friday, Saturday and sometimes Thursday) in the instance of a Wedding or Event.
Forms of payment
Bobbi Pins prefers cash or check as payment for services.
For your convenience we accept Visa and Mastercard for payment of services, gift cards and product purchases.

Every effort to evolve guest experience for the greater good often begins with implementing policy. In order to service all of our guests, those on a waiting list and pre reserved, it is necessary to ensure there are no missed opportunities in our schedule. We confirm the schedule 48 hrs in advance because we understand how life happens. With ample notice we can reschedule and accommodate everyone’s needs.
No Shows and late cancellations Your card will be charged the full service amount
Guests who fail to provide at least 48 hour notice of cancellation, will be charged the full amount of the service to their credit card on file.
A voicemail message is the only acceptable way to cancel. After hours, please leave a message. Our mailbox records date and time. Please refrain from using email for cancellations as we do not monitor the emails for this.
Our designers at Bobbi Pins respect the valuable time of their guests. We want you to fully enjoy your experience with us, so please arrive promptly for your reservation. Services at Bobbi Pins are reserved to deliver the desired outcome within the time allotted. As a courtesy to our other guests, we’re unable to extend service times or issue partial refunds for late arrivals. While we make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your service will have to be rescheduled and our cancellation fee will apply.
We take great pride in providing exceptional services utilizing premium products. Please understand that hair colour and shaping requires maintenance. For best results, colour services should be maintained every 5 weeks. Shaping should be reserved within 6-8 weeks or 4 weeks for shorter lengths.
Duty To Inform
Your health and safety are of paramount importance to us at Bobbi Pins. We trust the information you provide. Successful service execution requires your full disclosure during all pre service consultations. Bobbi Pins will not be responsible for any adverse reactions to services rendered in circumstances where a guest has failed to inform us of contraindicating conditions.
Right To Refuse Service
Bobbi Pins reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion when necessary. Please trust the professional judgement of our educated and experienced designers. Should you be determined ineligible for services, your appointment prepayment will be fully refunded.
Bobbi Pins is a relaxing environment. Please silence your cell phone upon your arrival and keep conversation to a minimum as to not distract from our other guest’s experience.
Guest Assurance Policy
Each new guest will have a thorough consultation prior to your colour service. This will give our guests the opportunity to communicate your desired result, your availability for reserving your appointment and your budget. The colorist then has the opportunity through written communication to advise you on what each part of the service entails including technique, timing and a general *fee quote. We will conduct a patch test and strand testing when needed. Together, we will come to a mutually agreeable course of action and if multiple sessions are necessary to achieve the desired colour which will lead to your overall happiness. The date on the consultation form indicates the structure and condition of your hair at that time, therefor adherence to the time frame agreed upon is imperative and indicative of the fees quoted. We will then reserve your appointment before you leave with a confident feeling and an assurance of our commitment to our guest’s satisfaction.
Visual photos are helpful, yet not always achievable in one session.
If you are not ready to prebook upon the completion of the consultation:
– The written consultation can only be applicable during the time frame discussed and agreed upon.
– Timing Service and quote are subject to change if reservation is not made or kept within the timeline agreed upon.
-*Extra colour mixes may be required during service. This can only be determined during execution of service. Additional charge will be applied to the ticket on the day of service if applicable.
– Reservations cannot be held or guaranteed without a credit card on file.

Required prior to reserving colour appointments
Drying the hair following a color service is required and is built in automatically in the timing of your appointment as well as the fee. This is only to remove the moisture and is not intended for styling purposes. This ensures the desired result was achieved. If you wish to have a blowout as opposed to a blow-dry please make a separate appointment accordingly.

Require a mineral removal service reserved separately 2 days prior to appointment day.
- Texture treatments require consultation prior to reservations.
- A mineral removal service scheduled separately 2 days prior to appointment day may be required.
Hair shaping: Natural curl
- Arrive with dry, natural hair!
- We will cut your hair dry. This helps to show how your natural curls are placed.
Refrain from using any product in your hair on appointment day.
This allows the designer to properly evaluate your hair.
- After shaping your hair
We will wash your hair, apply the recommended product, and place you under the dryer to aid in forming the desired shape in your curls most natural state.
Events / Shoots at studio
- Complete the Event Details form located in the events section of this site to inquire about events or shoots.
- 50% Deposit on the total day’s services along with a signed contract is required to hold any date. Cancellation must be made within 2 weeks of the signed contract date for a refund. If the event/shoot is within the 2 weeks and a contract is signed within that time frame no refunds will be given for a cancellation.
- If at any time, you need an adjustment to a service received at Bobbi Pins
Please call within three days as to allow for rebooking immediately.
- There are no refunds on services.
- Exchange only on products purchased and used minimally.
